Terms & Conditions
Based on AM - 8:00AM-4:00PM or PM - 5:00PM to 12:00PM (1st arrival/set-up to last person leaving).
Additional hours past 12:00AM are based on availability at $200 per hour (no prorating) to 2:00AM.
Weekends - only full ballroom rental is available (Friday PM through Sunday PM).
Room deposits are 50% of room rental with the exception of the Ballroom on weekends.
Ballroom weekend deposit prices are: Friday PM, Saturday & Sunday AM: $700, Saturday PM: $1,000.
Refundable security deposit is required to reserve the facility. This security deposit is fully refundable (based on final condition of Center at the end of your event).
The rental fee is separate from the security deposit and must be paid in advance of your actual event date. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Morrow Center.
Pricing - Ballrooms
Ballroom includes up to 300 chairs, (32) 60” Round tables, (6) 8’x18” tables (depending on configuration).
Pricing - Meeting Rooms
Meeting Rooms includes 52" LCD TV, Ergonomic Chairs, Tables (depending on configuration). Lounge includes (13) 30" + (2) 36" square wood tables & chairs (depending on configuration).
Pricing - Kitchen
Kitchen rental must be used in combination with room rental.
$250 for AM kitchen rental (until 4:00PM), $500 for PM kitchen rental (after 4:00PM)
