The Complete Meeting Package
$85.00 Per Person

This package includes everything the consummate Meeting Planner needs to create a one stop shop for their event. This includes continuous refreshment breaks, meeting space, standard audio-visual package, conference dining lunch and all applicable service charges.

Continuous Refreshment Service
Convenient to each meeting room, our refreshment break area offers a bountiful selection of snacks, sodas and beverages beginning with Continental Breakfast fare then refresh with afternoon treats ending at 5pm. No need to count, just help yourself whenever your meeting adjourns.

Meeting Space
General session rooms vary from our Main Ballroom (320 Banquet/180 Classroom style) to break out rooms and Meeting Rooms (10-40 depending on room configuration). Business Center with complimentary Wi-Fi! (Rooms reserved based upon size of group).

Lunch
All packages include up to $20 per person lunch from one of our preferred caterers. You are offered all ranges and levels of food from buffets to barbeques.

Audio Visual
Our full service Audio Visual equipment ensures your meeting is plugged in, fully connected and on time. Our audiovisual package includes the basics, but our staff can deliver any high-tech environment you require. All rooms include built-in speaker systems with either LCD TV’s or projectors.

Conference Planning Manager
The backbone of our meeting service! Your dedicated Conference Planning Manager will manage all the details to ensure that your meeting is a success.

Service Charge
All package items include service charges. No surprise fees to add to your budget.
